Sound Bath & SCORPIO Full Moon Ceremony (May)

  • ARC PILATES 4 Oakover Road Preston, VIC, 3072 Australia (map)

You are invited to an intimate women’s gathering to honour yourself and the Full Moon in Scorpio with sound, cacao, cards and ceremony.

The Full Moon marks a moment of culmination, a time when what’s been quietly building comes into clarity. With the Moon in Scorpio, this lunation invites you to go deeper, beneath the surface of the mind and into the truth of what you’re really feeling, holding and ready to release.

Scorpio energy is powerful, intuitive and transformative. It asks you to be honest with yourself, to soften your grip on what is no longer serving you, and to trust that letting go can be a sacred act. This is a moon of emotional depth, energetic clearing and inner rebirth.

Through sound, ritual and guided reflection, you’ll be supported to release emotional heaviness, old attachments and outdated patterns, so you can reconnect with your truth, your power and the deeper wisdom within.

You’ll be guided through a deeply immersive 60+ minute live sound bath featuring crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drum, chimes, voice and more. Sound works directly with the nervous system, helping to quiet inner noise, regulate the body and create the conditions for emotional release, clarity and intuitive insight to naturally arise.

You will be held in a safe space to explore what your heart and soul are truly asking for, and what you may need to let go of in order to move forward with greater freedom and self-trust.

These events regularly sell out, so please book early to avoid missing out.

The moon cycles are nature’s way of reminding you to pause and reflect. Give yourself a chance to exhale, a moment to reset, and a space to honour all that is ready to be felt, released and transformed.

WHAT THE FULL MOON IN SCORPIO MEANS FOR YOU:

A time for deep release
Scorpio asks you to let go of what you can no longer carry. This may be an old wound, a fear, a pattern, a person, or a version of yourself that no longer fits. This moon supports powerful emotional clearing and honest self-reflection.

Emotional truth rises to the surface
Full Moons bring illumination, and in Scorpio, that light reaches into the hidden spaces. Feelings you’ve pushed down may rise now, not to overwhelm you, but to be acknowledged, felt and moved through.

Reclaim your power
Scorpio energy teaches us that true power comes from within. This is a potent time to reconnect with your instincts, your boundaries, your desires and the part of you that knows how to transform pain into wisdom.

Trust the beauty of transformation
This lunation reminds us that endings are not failures, they are portals. Something may be falling away now so that something more aligned, more honest and more life-giving can emerge in its place.
