WHAT THE EVENING WILL INVOLVE:

• An intimate group of women

• A space to connect with yourself and others through sound and ritual

• Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

• Oracle Cards

• Intention setting ritual

  WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat/ camping mat

• Blankets

• 2x pillows (1 for under your head and 1 for under your knees)

• Eye mask

• Journal /pen

• Water bottle

• Any crystals or power objects you'd like to bring and add to the community altar

• Wear comfy clothes

• Open heart & mind 

  ***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup the better (you won’t regret it)***
