Gather in community for ritual, reflection, and a nourishing sound journey that supports clarity, wellbeing, and inner flow.
You are invited to an intimate gathering to honour yourself and September’s New Moon.
Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony.
Enjoy live sonic sounds and self-exploration in a nourishing sound bath intended to leave your cup truly filled. New moons are potent times for inner work, especially around setting intentions for how you want to move forward.
This Virgo New Moon invites us to bring clarity to our intentions, refine what matters most, and align with rituals that support our wellbeing and growth.
You will be guided to explore what the heart and soul desire and how best to move forward.
Instruments used within the 60+ minute sound bath may include gongs, shruti box, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more.
This event is open to all genders, so come with friends, partners, or just your beautiful self.
What's included:
A space to connect with yourself through sound, ceremony, and community
Sound bath and guided meditation (60+ minutes)
Aboriginal oracle cards and Moon manifestation cards
Intention-setting ritual with a take-home talisman
Nibbles and cacao
Optional sharing circle
What the New Moon in Virgo Means for You:
Clarity in the details: Virgo’s energy invites you to slow down and refine. This is the time to look at your daily rituals, habits, and routines and ask: Do they truly serve the life I’m creating? Start small to create long-lasting impact.
Wellbeing at the centre: Virgo rules health, healing, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. This lunation is a reminder to tend to yourself lovingly, because caring for your body is the foundation of everything you do. How can you show yourself more self-love? Sinking into the mat and drifting in the current of sound is the perfect place to start.
Release perfection, embrace flow: While Virgo seeks order, this Moon reminds us not to get lost in overthinking or striving for perfection. True progress comes from balance, not pressure. Where are you pushing, striving, and seeking versus trusting in the unfolding and the beauty of simply being? It’s time to soften, feel the flow, and ride the beautiful current that is so generously activated through intentional sound and stillness.
What to bring:
Eye mask or anything else to help get you cosy for 60+ minutes of lying down
Journal + pen
Water bottle
Wear warm, comfy clothes
Please check if sound healing is suitable for you here
Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).
Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.
Notice of Partial Moment Amateur Photography/Videography: There are many events held at Centre of You where no content is captured. The facilitator of this event however wishes to capture moments of this gathering for future marketing and community-sharing purposes. This will take place via their personal device captured by themselves or a representative. We recognise that being recorded can impact personal comfort and nervous system regulation and we want to honor your preferences. If you do not wish to have your image captured yet still wish to join, know that this is entirely possible at this event. Please speak with us at the door so we can honour your boundaries. If you’d like to review any footage captured at the conclusion of the event, you are most welcome to do so.
